Vehicle rental management technology and services provider Fleetondemand has been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 awards, powered by employee experience platform WorkL.
This prestigious accolade celebrates the UK’s top employers that are committed to creating outstanding workplace cultures with the highest levels of employee engagement, experience and wellbeing in the UK.
The award is based on independent employee feedback measuring key areas including reward and recognition, empowerment, job satisfaction, information sharing, wellbeing and pride in the organisation.
This is the first year that Fleetondemand has taken part in the national awards programme and has been recognised alongside 567 organisations ranging from SMEs to large enterprises across various industry sectors. Fleetondemand appears alongside major UK employers including Octopus Energy, Rightmove, Currys, The AA, Burger King, Armstrong Watson and David Lloyd Clubs.
Lord Mark Price, Founder of WorkL, said: “I’m absolutely delighted for this year's winners of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, powered by WorkL. Many brilliant companies entered the Awards in the hopes of being recognised, so it’s a real achievement to have made the list. WorkL are proud to power these Awards and support organisations in retaining and recruiting the very best employees.”
Greg Taylor, Chief Executive Officer at Fleetondemand, commented: “We are delighted to be listed as one of the Best Places to Work in the UK, especially as this is the first time Fleetondemand has entered these awards. The credit for this achievement belongs to the exceptional team behind Fleetondemand.
“It recognises the inclusive, people-first culture we’ve built together and reinforces our reputation as one of the UK’s leading employers. We’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far and excited for the future as we continue to grow and succeed together.”
