Raquel has been at Fleetondemand since 2009 and has over 20 years’ office management and PA experience. She works closely with the executive board and senior management team as a trusted advisor, overseeing all HR functions and developing a positive workplace culture.
Her role includes the management of existing employee benefits, development of HR organisational and personnel matters, the execution of HR solutions, as well as the implementation of effective and cost-efficient recruitment strategies.
