We also provide bespoke, white-label technology solutions that help fleet management and rental companies to offer vehicle rental management services to their own customers. With the UK's largest availability of electric vehicles and partnerships across all major rental suppliers, we serve diverse organisations with complex travel policies and international requirements, including major corporates, healthcare providers, construction firms, and businesses across multiple sectors.
Role Overview
A Supply Chain Executive who will provide an excellent standard of service maintaining and developing good relationships with all key stakeholders, securing a good quality service for the company and provide support to our Head of Procurement and Supply Chain to support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing supplier performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Following existing supply chain systems and processes.
- Ensuring accurate system data input as well as maintaining such data.
- Supporting the Head of Procurement and Supply Chain in the day-to-day activities.
- Working closely with key stakeholders, ensuring Fleetondemand provides excellent customer service.
- Identifying any gaps/weaknesses in the supply chain.
- Assisting with Increasing the supply network to secure good quality service in line with the company’s policies.
- To observe and follow all policies to fully assess the Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental capabilities of our supply network.
- Providing system training and support across the supply chain.
About You
- You have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- You have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You have good time management, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines.
- You are IT literate.
