With the UK's largest availability of electric vehicles and partnerships across all major rental suppliers, we serve diverse organisations with complex travel policies and international requirements, including major corporates, healthcare providers, construction firms, and businesses across multiple sectors.
Role Overview
We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven B2B Business Development Professionals to join our team, one covering the Midlands and one covering the North of England. In these roles, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of Fleetondemand. Your strategic insights and ability to drive revenue growth will be key to our continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve targets
- Monitor and report on industry developments and competitive landscape
About You
- Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role within the fleet industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
