What we’re looking for

We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to take on the role of managing purchase ledger functions and handling general administrative tasks within our busy Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience in Purchase Ledger, and familiarity with Sage 200 would be a plus.

What you’ll be working on:

·       Uploading invoices and EDIs for all entities to our accounting system

·       Allocating supplier credit notes

·       Answering supplier queries

·       Maintaining supplier statement reconciliations

·       Preparing payment runs for all entities

·       Posting cash and completing bank reconciliations

·       Posting card receipts

·       Posting credit card and virtual card spend

·       Paying employee expenses in line with company policies

·       Inbox management

·       You have relevant Purchase Ledger experience

·       You have knowledge of Sage 200

Working Hours

You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the core working hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm from our head office in Saltaire.
